The high profile European Space Agency Conference, for which Bubble provided all food and refreshments throughout, culminating in a sumptuous dinner for 220 guests, was held in the Making the Modern World Gallery at Science Museum. Following the drinks and canapés reception, dinner commenced with Beef Tataki, crispy Jerusalem bagel, tahini, spicy tomatoes followed by Pan fried sea bream, olive oil mash, pipperade, black olive oil. Designed to resemble planets and stars, dessert paid tribute to the space theme – Chocolate ganache, griottine cherries, crystallized walnuts, rum and raisin sabayon.
