As featured on the Channel 4 documentary “The World’s Most Expensive Food” our incredible menus are highly imaginative, created with only the finest ingredients as selected by our Michelin star trained Executive Head Chef, Jens Nisson.
We know that each couple we have the privilege to work with are unique individuals. We believe that every wedding should be personal and bespoke. This approach is carried through all our services and even our menus which feature a number of interactive or personalisation elements. These little details enhance the guest experience and contribute to creating an extraordinary and highly memorable day.
The wedding pictured above was held in a stylish ‘greenhouse’ temporary structure for 250 guests in the extensive grounds of the client’s family estate.
The brief was to incorporate a natural and warm, but elegant aesthetic. This was was represented with muted linens and crockery, and enhanced with copper hues in the cutlery and abundant greenery.
The guests enjoyed infused water and macarons from the afternoon tea station on arrival, followed by canapés and Champagne.
The wedding breakfast began with Hot goat’s cheese toasts, lettuce wedge, grilled onion, raspberry vinegar emulsion and Artisan dinner rolls with olive oil emulsion and balsamic pearls in individual mini tins.
For the main course, guests could select Grilled guinea fowl breast & kebab, black lentil pilau, aubergine, smoked paprika raita, Butternut squash, roast garlic and kuzu gnocchi, mushrooms, kale, red cabbage ketchup or Roast cod, truffle creamed potato, asparagus, morels, and Champagne butter.
Dessert options were Hot espresso chocolate mousse, milk foam, cinnamon doughnuts or a vegan twist on a classic – English strawberry mille feuille, rose petals, strawberry sorbet.
The cocktail after party featured a luxury cheese station and various late night guilty pleasure treats such as Mac ‘n’ cheese, crispy onion rings, red beetroot air, Bacon baps, Pulled pork slider, Applewood smoked cheddar, barbecue sauce and Spicy bean burger with lime yoghurt and salsa.
