Attended by HRH The Prince of Wales, London Mayor, Sadiq Khan, Joanna Lumley and John Malkovich, The Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 awards party celebrated the most influential Londoners at London’s fantastic Science Museum. Guests were greeted with cocktails such as Laurent Perrier Raspberry Cocktail (Champagne, Framboise liqueur, raspberry coulis, camomile tea syrup) and canapés including Nori rice crackers, grilled beef, truffle pearls, béarnaise sauce; Fish and chips on edible Evening Standard Newspaper; and Native lobster, watermelon, borage flowers, coronation mayonnaise. Bowl food included Summer risotto of asparagus, nettles, quail egg, candied bergamot; Truffled mac and cheese; and Confit cod loin, sweet pea mash, dashi foam.
