This glamorous and interactive party was held at One Embankment for 700 guests. The menu featured sumptuous canapés and bowl food including Smoking carrot crisp, curd, wasabi
crumble; Cornish crab, BBQ melon, dulse, miso; Tuna tataki, lotus chips, pickled hon shemeji mushroom, truffle soy; Celeriac and smoked almond gnudi, beetroot, glazed carrot, port, parmesan cream and Sea bass ceviche, orange, basil, capers, tostados. Sweet canapés followed including Caramelised white chocolate, toffee and banana delice and Mini ‘Mars’ ice-creams. Guests were wowed with entertainers dancing and playing music whilst walking through the crowds and a secret reveal late night guilty pleasure ‘Kentucky Flight Centre’
chicken shop complete with surly ‘teenage’ staff.
