This grand Asian inspired 70th birthday party was held at London’s Natural History Museum. Following canapés, guests enjoyed an amuse-bouche of Beetroot and cumin spiced ‘cherries’, smoked almond cream and theatrical starter of Smoked artichoke festival served under a glass cloche. Palate Cleanser of Limbu Pani sorbet, kalah namak, NO2 poached fresh mint granita prepared by our chefs at the table preceeded the main course of individual Thalis.
Bubble’s popular dessert was given an Asian twist to become ‘The Great Indian Bake off’ – Steamed garam masala pudding, rose cream, passion fruit sugar eggs, coconut flour, shortbread wooden spoon, served by our flour dusted chefs. This magical dinner concluded with a coffee station featuring Tobacco smoked chocolate ‘cigars‘.
