This party was held at the client’s home, for 60 guests, to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. We provided party food and glassware, bar equipment and staff to serve the client’s drinks. Seasonal canapés included Pumpkin and sage tortellini, brown butter, Grilled sirloin steak and chips, Béarnaise sauce, Crab doughnuts, basil, shellfish snow and Native lobster, watermelon, mint, borage flowers, coronation mayonnaise. Bubble also provided bowl food such as Tiger prawn noodle salad, toasted peanuts, chilli jam and Lamb pasanda, almonds, saffron pilau rice.
